Detached homes on Kamukent cooperative plots that we carried from architectural design to occupancy permit. Living spaces rising on raft foundations and reinforced concrete frames, opening to the garden with large glazed surfaces; each one placed according to the orientation and view of its plot.
Before construction began, we visualised the finished house and settled every decision together with the owners. Materials, colours and light were clear from day one, so there were no surprises on site.
A renovation that balances black and anthracite surfaces with timber. The garden became a courtyard connecting the rooms; large window frames bring the view inside while softening the meeting of dark tones and wood.
A renovation that began with the owner's choice of materials and colours, was approved digitally first and then fully designed. The interior circulation was reorganised and the garden moved to the heart of the house.
An office of open workspaces, meeting rooms and shared areas. A restrained material palette and partitions that carry daylight deep inside create a calm working environment.
The first meeting and plot visit are free of charge. Let's meet at our office in Mordoğan or directly on your plot.
