01 — Our story
Azer Mimarlık Mühendislik İnşaat was founded in İzmir in 2016 by architect Oğuzhan Zengi.
From architectural design to permit procedures, from structural and construction drawings to turnkey building, we run every stage under one roof. Because the team that draws the project is also on site, decisions made on paper are built without change.
We design and build homes, villas and commercial buildings across Mordoğan, Karaburun, Urla and İzmir. Before construction we visualise the finished building and solve possible problems at the drawing stage.

02 — Our values
Good buildingsstart with good decisions.
Four principles guide every line we draw and every concrete we pour.
01
One responsible party
Design, permits and construction in one team. When an issue arises, you know who to talk to.
02
Transparency
Every item is listed separately in our quote; we share every stage on site with photos.
03
Compliance with regulations
The earthquake code, building inspection and zoning rules are accounted for from the first day of design.
04
Permanence
The character of the plot, the way its users live and the long life of the building are considered together.
03 — The Azer family
Three companies,one family.
Different fields, the same care. Our family's experience in the sector exceeds 25 years.
Azer Cam
More than a quarter century in the glass and mirror sector; part of our buildings through window and glazing work.
Azer Veterinary Clinic
Our family's healthcare business.
04 — Signature
We stand behind every line we draw. Because we are also the ones who build it.
